January was a month of consolidation and forward alignment for AWE Network. Throughout the month, we advanced core product exploration, deepened our involvement in the x402 and ERC-8004 ecosystems, and aligned builders and community around the next phase of the agent economy.

From shipping new agent experiences and publishing long-term direction, to active ecosystem participation across Base, privacy, and agent identity, January reinforced AWE’s focus: helping AI agents and Autonomous Worlds actually run in real economic systems.

Tech & Product Progress

Agent Experiences & Economic Primitives

Built AnswerBook, an experimental fortune-telling agent powered by x402 payments and ERC-8004 onchain identity, showcasing how agents can operate as autonomous economic participants.

  • Continued testing agent strategy execution with prediction market signals, exploring modular, multi-condition decision logic as a core product primitive.
  • Began deeper exploration into prediction markets as a native environment for AI agents to observe, reason, and act within real economic systems.

World.fun & Platform Iteration

  • Continued iterating on World.fun and the broader product experience, including ongoing product and website improvements.
  • Wrapped up the AWE Playbook, documenting all current products, initiatives, and how the pieces of the AWE ecosystem fit together.

x402 & ERC-8004 Ecosystem Momentum

AWE consistently ranked among the top x402 server projects by 24H volume throughout January, reflecting growing real-world adoption of x402-powered services.

  • Hosted an X Space AMA on “ERC-8004 mainnet time, sharing what’s live, what’s next, and what builders should be paying attention to.
  • Included in the ERC-8004 Ecosystem Map, highlighting AWE’s role within the emerging agent identity and reputation stack.
  • Featured on a Base ecosystem tier list, signaling increasing visibility and recognition within the Base and agent ecosystem.

BD & Partnerships

  • Participated as a speaker in Mind Network’s AMA, exploring the intersection of privacy-preserving technology and AI agents.

Marketing & Community

  • Released the AWE 2025 Annual Report, marking a clear transition from experimentation to execution as Autonomous Worlds moved into real, running systems co-built with the community.
  • Ran warm-up and amplification efforts around the ERC-8004 mainnet launch, consolidating and highlighting AWE’s long-term contributions to the 8004 ecosystem.
  • Updated AWE’s official links portal to Linktree for clearer ecosystem navigation.
  • Featured and mentioned across multiple ERC-8004 ecosystem maps curated by Base ecosystem media accounts and KOLs.
  • Hosted a community call with AWE ambassadors, aligning on direction and sharing early plans for the 2026 ambassador program.
